Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP 2 V Blackberry
The last great advantage that Blackberry had – has gone. Now that Exchange 2003 can use 'push' technology, the advantage has truly switched to Windows Server 2003 for providing the most cost effective solution to your mobile communication with the office.
The truth of the matter is, if you have Exchange 2003, you can run your business from your PDA or Smartphone wherever you are in the world. There is no need for a separate server to run separate software on a separate device anymore. The PDA or Smartphone is essentially free (check with your mobile carrier), you have the software already in Exchange 2003, all you need is to make it work. That's where OBS can help.

Microsoft Messaging and Security Feature Pack (MSFP)
Microsoft Messaging and Security Feature Pack (MSFP) is a security pack for Windows Mobile 5.0, this security pack targets Businesses who have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 service pack 2 .
Security Strategy
MSFP is an initial release to help organizations extend the Messaging Security model for smart mobile devices. The excellent advantage of having this is that there is no need to create and maintain a parallel security infrastructure for mobile devices.
The Windows Mobile based security strategy has to construct in support for Messaging Security standards such as:
• Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
• NTLM authentication
• 128 bit encryption
The same standard also apply to Wi-fi security standards and desktop email communications. This enables network administrators to have new tools to enforce corporate security policies and to also take remedial and preventive action.
Native Support for security standards
A new feature that is wanted by worldwide government agencies and their contractors is native support for Secure Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (S/MIME) SSL extension of contacts, calendars, inbox and all Exchange 2003 data.
Mobile device users will be able to use Digital Certificates to sign and encrypt messaging information so potential hackers will find it difficult to read the encrypted information and pretend they are you.
Certificate powered authentication with MSFP means there is no need to store logon credentials on your Windows Mobile 5.0 device.
