support option which means you only pay for the support time
you actually use. Also, there is no expiry time on the support
hours you buy which gives you the best value for your money.

Because of the pay-as-you-go support system,
we will have to provide the highest level of service all the
time to encourage you to purchase more support time – if we
don't meet your expectations, you are free to find another
IT support company since there is no long term contract.
